About the Event

The FREE two-day event will be held on a 20-acre grass field. As always in July it is going to be hot, so feel free to bring mist spray bottles and anything else to keep you cool. Check out the sections below to know what to bring and what not to bring.

Location Information

The event is held on the property of Constitution Boulevard (in the Jamestown Subdivision) Rogersville, MO 65742. The festival venue is easily accessible from Highway 60, located on the south side, exit 247.

If you are coming from Springfield, take Highway 60 east (James River Freeway) toward Rogersville, Mo. Head east about 8 miles, and the venue will be on your left.

Parking and Admissions

Light The Way Christian Music Festival is a free event. The event is FREE. The cost of the production and artists is paid for by local sponsoring businesses, individuals, and churches. There is Free parking is available at the event as well as paid parking. When you arrive there will be attendants on site to assist you and your group in finding the designated parking areas. 

Handicap parking will also be available.

What to Bring

  • Lawn chairs
  • Blankets or tarps
  • Sun screen
  • Extra cash for drinks, food, and shopping
  • All your friends!

What NOT to Bring

  • Video cameras (Due to copyright laws and artist's requests)
  • Pets or chia pets
  • Ice chests or coolers
  • Outside food and drinks
  • Smoking is NOT allowed

First Aid

Emergency Management Services will be on site throughout the festival. Please note Light the Way Festival does not accept any responsibility prior to, during, or after the festival for any personal injury.

Where to Stay

There are no camping sites located at the festival, but there are a number of local hotels to choose from in the Greater Springfield Area just 8 miles from the festival grounds. 

Food & Drink

We have a variety of food and drink vendors that will be on-site. Some vendors will accept debit or credit cards. All vendors will accept cash.
