The one-day Freedom Faith Festival Music Festival, produced by Light the Way Ministry, will be held in Olive Branch, MS. As always, July is expected to be hot, so feel free to bring mist spray bottles and any other items to keep you cool. Check out the sections below to learn what to bring and what not to bring.

The event is held at the City of Olive Branch City Park property, 8267 Goodman Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654. The festival venue is easily accessible from Crockrum Rd.

Absolutely! Freedom Faith Fest is all about bringing the community together, and volunteers make it happen. Whether you’re helping with kids’ activities, welcoming families, praying for people, or supporting the production team, there’s a role for you. It’s a great way to serve your community and be part of a celebration that families won’t forget.

This year, the festival is FREE, and no ticket is required. However, we ask that everyone register. To obtain your free registration, click the banner above.

Parking on-site is not guaranteed. There are limited spaces open, and when you arrive, attendants will assist you and your group in finding the designated parking areas. We will do our best to accommodate persons with disabilities with accessible parking.

Freedom Faith Fest strives to provide exceptional service to all guests, including those with disabilities. This event | venue is in an open field, so plan accordingly.

There is no special Accessible seating as it’s an open field. However, we will have ADA parking on a first come first serve basis only.

No worries, we won’t be checking registrations at the gate; it’s simply more for a head count for the park capacities.

• Lawn chairs and blankets (We do not provide seating.)
• Sun protection (Example: sunglasses, sunscreen, personal-sized umbrellas, etc.)
• Extra cooling items (Example: handheld or neck fans, cooling towels, etc.)
• Wagons (For carrying your little ones or chairs!)
• Small coolers are allowed (They will be checked at the gate.)
• Cash for the food vendors (Most, but not all, accept cards.) 
• Back-up phone charger (We know you’ll want to take all the pics!)
• All your family and friends!

Pop-up tents will NOT be allowed inside the track | stage area.

Freedom Faith Fest allows banners, flags, and signs sized 11” x 17” or smaller. Banners or signs that exceed those restrictions will be confiscated, as will signage displaying content deemed to be inappropriate by our team. Poles, sticks, or dowels used to hold banners, signs, or flags will not be permitted. Please note that some shows may not allow any signs of any size.

Non-professional still cameras are permitted at Freedom Faith Fest. Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event and are determined by the event producer. 

Professional photography, video recording of any kind, and/or flash photography are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion (no GoPro-type cameras, no selfie sticks). Guests should contact Light the Way Ministry prior to attending an event to find out if a camera or other recording device is permitted. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any event. Cameras are only permitted to enter the venue outside any type of case or bag.

Backpacks and any large bags will be forbidden. We have a Clear Bag Policy that allows entry to the track with bags that are transparent, ensuring safety and expedited entry. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.

Are there any exceptions for medical or diaper bags?

• Yes, medically necessary items and diaper bags are permitted after inspection at designated entrances. 

Can I bring a non-clear bag inside a clear bag?

• No, all items must be in clear bags. Non-clear bags will not be allowed.

What about backpacks, camera bags, or large purses?

• These items are prohibited unless they comply with the clear bag specifications.

What happens if I show up with a non-compliant bag?

• You will be asked to return the item to your vehicle or dispose of it before entering the venue. 

Is there a bag check service available?

• No, there is no bag check service. Please plan accordingly.

Why is this policy in place?

• The policy enhances public safety, expedites entry, and aligns with security best practices at large venues.

Pets are strictly forbidden inside the track and stage area; service animals performing their duties will be allowed outside of it.

Emergency Management Services will be on-site throughout the festival. Please note that Light the Way Ministry does not accept any responsibility before, during, or after the festival for any personal injury. 

We will have a variety of food and drink vendors on-site. Some vendors will accept debit or credit cards as well as cash.

Freedom Faith Fest is a non-smoking facility. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes. We ask that if you smoke, please step outside the track area.

Freedom Faith Fest does not shuttle guests to/from hotels or resorts. Please check with your hotel or resort to inquire about shuttle service to/from the venue.

All guests at Freedom Faith Fest are subject to screening. All bags will be inspected upon entry. Light the Way Ministry reserves the right to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items.

Unfortunately, camping is not an option. We encourage you to consider one of the Olive Branch’s hotels in the area. 

Any person who enters the Light the Way Music Festival grounds assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen property or any vehicle at Light the Way Music Festival. Light the Way Ministry reserves the right to search individuals, personal property, and vehicles. Commercial photography and filming activities are conducted on the festival grounds, and a Light the Way Festival attendee or personal property may appear in resulting photographic pictures or films, which may be used in connection with advertising, news, reporting, entertainment, or other commercial or non-commercial activities. Entry onto the Light the Way Music Festival grounds and/or purchase of an admission ticket constitutes permission and consent for Light the Way Ministry and its licensees to use the resulting photographs and films for any purpose whatsoever without payment.
