Light the Way Festival & Forrest Frank Giveaway – Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to US residents 18+ only.

1) Sponsor This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Light the Way Ministry (“Sponsor”). Sponsor Mailing Address: 5002 N 22nd Street, Ozark, MO 65721

2) Not Affiliated Disclaimer This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta, any artist, any venue, or any ticketing platform/promoter (including Ticketmaster). By entering, you understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram/Meta.

3) Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor (and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household) are not eligible.

4) Entry Period The Sweepstakes ends Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“CT”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5) How to Enter During the Entry Period, complete the entry form located on Sponsor’s website. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Incomplete entries or entries submitted through automated means are void.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) form submission per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant using multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or other methods to enter unfairly, or entries that appear to be spam.

6) Winner Selection & Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by Monday, June 29, 2026. To receive the Forrest Frank tickets, the winner will need to provide a valid Ticketmaster account email address for the electronic transfer.

Response Deadline: The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, cannot be verified, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7) Prize One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the Light the Way Festival in Ozark, Missouri, July 17–18, 2026; and
  • Two (2) tickets to the Forrest Frank concert in St. Louis, Missouri on July 25, 2026. The Forrest Frank tickets will be transferred to the winner electronically via Ticketmaster.

Prizes are subject to availability and applicable venue/ticketing policies. Tickets are not transferable for cash and may not be resold where prohibited by law or venue/ticketing terms. Winner and guests are responsible for complying with all venue/event policies. Prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, or any costs not expressly stated. If the winner experiences any issues receiving the ticket transfer, they may contact Sponsor directly for assistance.

8) Approximate Retail Value (ARV) Total ARV equals the combined face value of the four (4) tickets at time of award. Ticket value varies by event and seat location.

9) Odds Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10) Taxes Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.

11) Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and social media handle for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12) General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries; technical issues; platform outages; or any errors in administering the Sweepstakes.

13) Release of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, and all related parties from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

14) Governing Law This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any disputes shall be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.
